AITS was founded in 2016 with a simple thesis: small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same caliber of IT support that enterprise companies take for granted. Not a watered-down version of it. David founded AITS in 2016 after years working inside enterprise IT environments. The pattern he saw repeatedly: small and mid-sized organizations were either underserved by big providers who didn't pay attention to them, or stuck working with shops that didn't bring real engineering depth. AITS was built to close that gap.
As the principal, David is technical and engaged with the work — not a sales-only founder. He stays close to engagement design, to the security and compliance posture of every account, and to the technology decisions that shape how AITS delivers. Clients work with senior people who actually understand the systems they're being trusted with.
